Q: How long does treatment last?
A: The length of time for substance abuse treatment varies depending on the patient. Treatment begins with an intensive outpatient therapy (IOP). Following the completion of the IOP program the patient will drop down to an outpatient clinical program (OCP). Following the completion of these programs, Keys provides continuing care.
Q: I work full time, how can I attend sessions?
A: Keys offers treatment programs from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. This includes group therapy from 9:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. along with individual and family sessions in between. During your treatment we will accommodate your schedule as much as possible.
Q: Will my family be involved in my treatment?
A: Keys believes that it is just as important for your family members to understand addiction and mental health issues during your recovery. We offer group therapy and family therapy. Keys had designated every Tuesday night of each month as Family Night.
Q: What insurance plans do you accept?
A: Keys accepts private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare.
